In Memory of

Mary Lou Snyder

Gone, Not Forgotten

Mary Lou was a very special, kind and generous person.

I remember in particular one evening when there was a large party at Mary Lou's house. Around three in the morning it was decided that it would be great fun to call Principal Gee and wake him up. It only took everyone about half an hour to find his number in the phone book. There might have been just a little bit of drinking going on that night, but I'll never tell. After Principal Gee's number was dialed the operator came on the line and said that she would put the call through to him, but that he would also be notified of the number and name of the people making the phone call. Needless to say, Mary Lou got that phone hung up in record time and Principal Gee slept through the night undisturbed by us.

Mary Lou was a lot of fun and I consider myself very lucky to have been able to have her for a friend.
