Russell Hatch,  Steve Watrous' Grandfather owned and operated the Owego Street IGA store during the 1940's

This photo Taken in the winter of 1945 shows an unidentified young man (from his clothes he may have been a WWII vet) on the left and Russell Hatch on the right.  The original store that my grandfather owned was torn down sometime in the sixties or seventies and a new larger store owned by the White family constructed in it's place
